Q: Do you offer retouching? A: Absolutely! We can work wonders with a few digital brushstrokes. Just head to the Individual Products section on our ordering website, pick the image that needs a little extra love, and add our retouching service to your cart. Please note, retouching covers the image only, not the prints or products themselves. After you add the retouching product to the cart, select the product or package that you would like to order using the same image.
Q: I didn’t receive an email with my child’s access code. What should I do? A: Ah, the elusive access code! No worries, just shoot us an email at info@sageschoolportraits.com. Be sure to include your student’s name and the name of their school. We’ll get you sorted faster than you can say "school portrait day drama."
Q: My child was absent on picture day. Do you photograph absent students on makeup picture day? A: We've got you covered! If your little one missed the big day, they'll have another chance to shine on makeup picture day. Drop us a line at info@sageschoolportraits.com to let us know they're on the list. Don’t worry; we’ll make sure they get their moment in the spotlight.
Q: I am unhappy with my child’s photo. Do you offer retakes on makeup picture day? A: Of course! We understand the importance of getting that perfect shot. Email us at info@sageschoolportraits.com to schedule a retake. Just remember to include your child’s name and the school’s name in your message. We want every student to feel like a star in their school photos.
Q: What options are there to purchase digital photos? A: Ah, digital treasures! You have a couple of options. For the full shebang, check out the Download All option in our Packages section on the ordering website. If you prefer to pick and choose, individual downloads are available in the Individual Products section. Flexibility is the name of our game.
Q: My photos arrived damaged. Do you offer replacements? A: Oh no, damaged goods are a no-go! If your photos arrived looking a little worse for wear, give our office a shout within three weeks of your order date. We’ll make sure you receive pristine replacements pronto.
